Growdiesel Consortium

Growdiesel is in the process of establishing a new $125 million Carbon/Projects fund. The focus of this fund is to finance equity in decentralized small and medium scale next generation biofuel projects that bring about substantial reduction in methane and CO2. The average size of these projects would be from $1 to $13 million. Various CDM methodologies already exist to calculate carbon emissions offsets and reduction, and these projects contain some of the largest carbon credit benefits to the project owners. 

USP of Growdiesel NextGenFuels Fund-Series I:

Growdiesel NextGenFuels Fund– shall participate and invest in futuristic biofuel projects that shall get the complete backend support from Growdiesel Consortium. Growdiesel Consortium shall provide a package of support services including proven technology, equity, loan arrangements, brand name, common backend, R&D/technology up-gradation & Govt. liaison backup to entrepreneurs who sign up & operate the projects on long term basis on behalf of Growdiesel. The entrepreneurs/operators shall be known as CPA. The core business of CPA shall be to operate and maintain the project; all other activities shall be fully supported by Growdiesel. This shall ensure guaranteed success for CPA as well as investors of Growdiesel NextGenFuels Fund.

The ROI of the fund shall be really enhanced through payment of a small TOP LINE revenue kicker from the various projects in the form of a royalty that will drive cash flows to the fund in the long-term. 

We see futuristic next generation biofuel projects that bring about substantial reduction in methane and CO2 as the potential market in India for Growdiesel NextGenFuels Fund Series-I. Other emerging & developed economies across the globe shall be covered up in subsequent series of the fund.
